Dukkha * Egyptian style dip – A deliciously spiced blend of ground and roasted macadamia nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric and sesame seeds. Served with one of South Africa’s top-rated Olive Oils. For those new to dukkha, first dip your bread in the oil then in the dukkha and enjoy. Served with a Stoneground sourdough panini.
Hummus * Roasted sweet potato, chickpea and toasted cumin hummus. Served with our 4 seed, wheat free biscuits.
Baby Potato, Bacon & Herb Salad * Boiled baby potatoes in a creamy parmesan, parsley, red onion and dill homemade mayonnaise dressing (Vegetarian option available on request).
Caprese Salad * Sliced buffalo mozzarella layered with ripe plum tomatoes. Served with Basil pesto, fresh Basil and balsamic reduction.
Quiches * Two quiches made with homemade short crust pastry. Chicken and caramelized red onion & spinach, feta & sundried tomato.
Cheese * Camembert served with a mild Chilli Cherry Tomato jam, homemade Melba bites and 2 mixed dried fruit kebabs.
Double Chocolate Brownies * Made from 70% dark Belgian chocolate and white milk chocolate (Gluten/wheat free available on request).
