Terms and Conditions for The Wilderness Picnic Co

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by The Wilderness Picnic Co (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for ordering and arranging picnic experiences. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services
We offer curated picnic packages, including but not limited to food, beverages, picnic setup, and location arrangement. Services may vary by location and availability.
2. Orders and Booking
- All picnic orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance.
- Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or other approved platforms.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Customizations may incur additional charges and are subject to approval.
- Delivery fees may be charged for deliveries outside of the Wilderness area
3. Payment
- We accept online card payments and EFT payments.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Invoices and receipts will be provided upon payment.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled picnic.
- In case of severe weather, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
5. Weather Policy
- We monitor weather conditions and may reach out to reschedule or adjust delivery and the setup if needed.
- If the weather renders the picnic unfeasible and rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the picnic date, delivery address, location, and any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- You agree to respect public spaces and clean up any personal items brought to the picnic.
7. Allergies and Dietary Preferences
- We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any severe allergies or food sensitivities at the time of booking.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the picnic unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
- You agree to use our services at your own risk and acknowledge that outdoor environments may present hazards beyond our control.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided, including logos, menus, and setup designs, is the intellectual property of The Wilderness Picnic Co and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
